PRICING:

1 Person – R1495 per night

2 People – R1840 per night

Includes complimentary snacks and stocked bar fridge.

100% Deposit is required to confirm booking.

LONG STAY:

The room will be serviced on a daily basis.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS:

We cater for special occasions upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund for cancellation 7 days prior to booking.

50% of the deposit will be non-refundable for bookings that are cancelled less than 7 days before the booking date.

Check-in time is between 14:00 – 17:00.
Check-out time is 10:00.
We do not have a reception service available. Guests are requested to advise us, by email, or phone of their expected time of arrival, by the very latest, the morning of arrival.
A minimum of 2 guests are permitted, Children aged 6 and older are welcome.
Smoking in the room is not allowed. Please use the outside balcony.
Cooking and eating in the bedroom is not permitted.
Own ironing (on the bed) is not allowed.
In an effort to conserve resources we do not offer clean towels on a daily basis, but rather on guest request.
In the interest of security, please lock the doors and windows as you leave.
For reasons of security, it is forbidden to allow access to anyone, other than guests, onto the property, at any time, unless previously discussed with and agreed to by the owner. Please remember that the Villa Lusha facilities are for paying guests only.
Villa Lusha is not responsible for any damage, loss or stolen personal belongings. Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause, or incur on the premises.
Villa Lusha is not liable for any delay to a total, or a partial, lack of supply such as electricity, water and internet connection, which we have no control over.
